At Lazarus Labs we have no way of knowing what is legal or not legal in each country. Often, even some products that are safe, and accepted in the USA, and even a child can buy, are not allowed in some countries (like Advil or One-a-Day Vitamins). If you order products from us that are not accepted by Customs in your country and customs either seizes the products or destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, the loss is the customers and not Lazarus Labs. If customs telephones you and tells you that you have an order, you may decide to tell them it is not your order rather than accept the product and the problems that may go with acceptance. There is no refund for seized or refused orders.

Returns from Customs: If the product is undamaged, we will re-ship to you again, if you pay the re-shipping cost. However, if the product is damaged or opened we cannot reship, and it is the customer’s loss.

Question: Do you accept phone orders and orders by mail?

Answer: Yes. You can mail your order in. When mailing in an order please send your email address, phone number and address. When ordering by phone or by mail, use reference code 091261.

Question: Help! Im not seeing the results Im looking for!

Answer: If you’re not seeing results right away you need to give your body some time to adjust. Everyone’s body is different so as to when you will see results depends on you. Here are some tips to help reach your goals.

A. You must drink water. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
B. Exercise! Try to fit in at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.

Question: What is the difference between Phentermine and Phentramin-d?

Answer: Phentermine HCL and Phentramin-D are two different types of diet pills primarily used to suppress appetite, increase energy, and improve one's metabolic rate. Below is a detailed explanation of the primary differences between the two.
Phentermine diet pills are an FDA approved appetite suppressant that requires a doctor's prescription. They first approved by the FDA in 1959, and then made available as Phentermine Hydrochloride in the 1970s. Most common side affects of Phentramine are insomnia, irritability, increased blood pressure, and nervousness. Like many prescription drugs, Phentermine affects neurotransmitters in the brain by stimulating neuron bundles and thereby releasing catecholamines such as dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine. This effect on the central nervous system is what is believed to alter eating habits. Some critics of Phentermine compare its affects to those of amphetamines. However, when the popular diet drug Fen-Phen was removed from the market in 1997 due to numerous health concerns, the FDA took no action against Phentermine. It is generally recommended to be taken as a short-term drug, with a usage limit of 12 weeks.

Phentramin-D, on the other hand, is a chemical compound consisting of dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride and trimethylxanthine, and it has not been approved by the FDA, nor does it require a prescription to purchase. The result of the chemical compound is a sympathomimetic amine similar to Phentermine, which mimics the effects of norepinephrine, causing increased energy and elevated metabolic rate, without affecting the central nervous system like Phentermine. Because the name is similar to Phentramine, some people mistaken it for an herbal product, but this is not the case. Side affects of Phentramin D include dry mouth, sleeplessness and irritability.

While the effects of both Phentermine and Phentramin-D are similar, results vary from person to person. The most significant difference between the two is that Phentermine behaves similar to amphetamines, and of course the use of amphetamines has become widely unpopular in recent years due to new information about their negative impact on health. At the same time, even though Phentramin-D is comprised of a chemical compound, it has yet to be approved by the FDA, and is a relatively new product.

Question: Is there any truth to the " Collagen Protein" movement?

Answer: Offerings for weight loss solutions involving Collagen Protein are springing up everywhere, on radio, in retail stores, and in mail order promotions. The products are of course sold as amazing proprietary formulas. Collagen protein, although it's a component of human connective tissue, skin, and hair, is incomplete in the amino acids needed to build muscle. It has actually been proven that ingestion of complete proteins with a high PER (Protein Efficiency Rating) combined with stimulation of muscle hypertrophy can increase collagen fiber in connective tissue, but that doesn't translate into oral ingestion of collagen protein affecting lean body mass. Collagen gelatin is actually one of the primary ingredients in Jell-O. In reality, with the "guidelines" these products come with, they could just as easily sell Jell-O as a weight loss miracle.

The hook is "You simply drink a tablespoon of the formula before bed, sleep well and lose weight." When you receive the product the directions tell you that you must drink that tablespoon on an empty stomach. You shouldn't eat for three hours before you take it, and not again until you wake up in the morning. Plain and simple, it's calorie deprivation, just like any other ineffective diet that might cause people to shed a few pounds in the short term and slow metabolism in the long run.

The "safe and effective" ingredients often include Aloe Vera. You might know it as something to help minimize the pain and suffering of sunburn, but it's also a laxative when ingested. So . . . don't eat for three hours, then pump a laxative into your body. Hmm. How about don't eat for three hours, have some Jell-O and Ex Lax? I strongly believe the effect will be the same.

Other "ingredients to help you shed the pounds" included in these products may include Potassium sorbate and methyl paraben. These are preservatives and have nothing to do with weight loss. You'll probably also find glycerin and "Natural Flavors" for taste, ingredients that likely affect blood sugar further reducing the long term likelihood users will lose fat.

Often these products are sold piggybacked with other products, in what the manufacturers cleverly describe as "kits." Some of the other supplemental formulas included in these kits contain diuretics and stimulants, both tricks to make the body shed water so people believe "it's working."

Collagen isn't new and it was actually sold as a weight loss aid more than 25 years ago. In the 1970s, a book called The Last Chance Diet, written by Robert Linn, DO, promoted and popularized the use of liquid protein as a weight loss aid. The liquid protein involved was hydrolyzed cow collagen. People died. To be fair, they didn't die because of the collagen. They died because "the plan" suggested the flawed collagen compound as a substitute for food. I'm not suggesting the current collagen offerings are life-threatening, but it is valuable to note how "diets" touting supplements as "cures" or "solutions" can lead people in the wrong direction.

Right now many of the companies selling collagen protein are in a growth spurt. They're making lots of money and fiercely reinvesting profit into media time. A careful consumer will pay close attention to the ingredients and the scientific validation (or lack thereof) before believing an ad for easy weight loss.
